Be admitted voluntarily or through "court mandate".

 Be 18 years of age or older.

 Be free from alcohol or substance usage for at least 72 hours and not in need of detoxification.

 Must submit to a urine/saliva drug screen upon admission.    

Must have documentation showing they have been tested for TB in the past  6 months; or be tested prior to entering the program; and those test results  are determined to be negative for active tuberculosis infection; and the  individual is not contagious as determined by a physician.

 Be medically stable

 Have adequate control over his/her behavior and assessed to be not  dangerous to self or others.

 Express a desire to recover from his/her addiction to alcohol or drugs.

 Be assessed as medically appropriate and free of any illness or infection  that requires isolation from others.

 Have the capacity for active participation in all phases of the program.

 Be ambulatory and meets personal needs without assistance.
