Be admitted voluntarily or through "court
mandate". |

Be 18 years of age or older. |
 |
Be free from alcohol or substance usage for at least
72 hours and not in need of detoxification. |
 |
Must submit to a urine/saliva drug screen upon
admission. |
 |
Must have documentation showing they have been tested for
TB in the past 6 months; or be tested prior to
entering the program; and those test results are determined to be
negative for active tuberculosis infection; and the individual is not
contagious as determined by a physician. |

Be medically stable |
 |
Have adequate control over his/her behavior and
assessed to be not dangerous to self or others. |
 |
Express a desire to recover from his/her addiction to
alcohol or drugs. |
 | Be assessed as medically appropriate and free of any
illness or infection
that requires
isolation from others. |
 |
Have the capacity for active participation in all
phases of the program. |
 |
Be ambulatory and meets personal needs without
assistance. |
